It was made in the USA. This is a HTF (hard to find) figurine with a matte finish and droopy sleepy looking eyes. This particular figurine has a sticker on the side of it that says Hagen-Renaker Champ 19(C)56. It was later reintroduced to the line in the spring of 1959 and retired once again in 1967. Champ was introduced to the Hagen DW line in 1956 and retired in the spring of 1958. He was also called “Champ II.” This is item H-1544 and was part of the Designers Workshop (DW) line later called the Pedigree line. This is the Hagen-Renaker Boxer puppy figurine named ”Champ” Style Two seated by Tom Masterson. It came in tan with white markings and a black snoot and brown with white markings and a black snoot. It is of an adult Boxer in a standing pose. It was first added to the HR line in the fall of 1951 and retired in the spring of 1952. ![]() It was designed by artist Tom Masterson and is item number A-141.
